Employers receive a detailed structural fit assessment that highlights alignment, potential risks, and practical recommendations to support sound hiring practices and long-term success.
Our fee structure.
We work on a flat, per-role basis that covers the full scope of our assessment work for that position, including evaluation of multiple candidates. This structure allows employers to use the assessment process without concerns about escalating costs, retainers, or extended commitments.
