Clarisa's evaluation process begins with an in-depth conversation with the hiring manager followed by structured interviews with candidates.
Drawing on organizational design research, interviews surface how candidates are likely to operate in the specific role—how they approach ownership, ambiguity, energy, and decision-making in real working conditions. Employers receive a detailed structural fit assessment that highlights alignment, potential risks, and practical recommendations to support sound hiring practices and long-term success.
Our fee structure.
We work on a flat, per-role basis that covers the full scope of our assessment work for that position, including evaluation of multiple candidates. This structure allows employers to use the assessment process where it is most valuable—typically in final-stage decisions—without concerns about escalating costs, retainers, or extended commitments.
